Beef Tartar
Classic raw beef appetizer — minced, seasoned, ready in five minutes.
Ingredients
- 300 gbeef, minced
- 1small shallot, finely diced
- 1 tbspcapers, chopped
- 1 tbspcornichons, chopped
- 1 tspdijon mustard
- 1 tspWorcestershire
- 2–3 dashesTabasco (to taste)
- 1 tbspolive oil (high quality)
- 1–2egg yolks
- 1 tbspfresh parsley, chopped
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Mix it all together gently in a chilled bowl.
- Serve immediately with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
