Ingredients

  • ½ c.old fashioned rolled oats
  • 130 gmilk
  • 65 gyogurt
  • 1 tbspchia seeds
  • 12 ghoney
  • ½ tspvanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a jar.
  2. Add milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey.
  3. Mix well, then refrigerate overnight.
