Overnight Oats
Quick make-ahead breakfast — combine the night before, eat in the morning.
Ingredients
- ½ c.old fashioned rolled oats
- 130 gmilk
- 65 gyogurt
- 1 tbspchia seeds
- 12 ghoney
- ½ tspvanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a jar.
- Add milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey.
- Mix well, then refrigerate overnight.
