Tandoori Chicken Marinade
Yogurt-based marinade with a full spice rack — enough for 2 lb of chicken.
Ingredients
- ½ c.yogurt
- 1lemon, juiced
- 5 clovesgarlic, minced
- 1 in.knob ginger, grated
- 1 tbspavocado oil
- 1 tbspsalt
- 1 tspcayenne pepper
- 1 tbspsmoked paprika
- 2 tspground coriander
- 2 tbspground cumin
- 1 tspturmeric
- 1 tspground cloves
- 1 tspgaram masala
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Coat chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour (longer is better).
- Bake at 375°F for 25–35 min until internal temp hits 165°F.

Scales linearly — this batch is sized for 2 lb of chicken.
