Tandoori Chicken Marinade

Yogurt-based marinade with a full spice rack — enough for 2 lb of chicken.

Ingredients

  • ½ c.yogurt
  • 1lemon, juiced
  • 5 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 in.knob ginger, grated
  • 1 tbspavocado oil
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 tbspsmoked paprika
  • 2 tspground coriander
  • 2 tbspground cumin
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspground cloves
  • 1 tspgaram masala

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour (longer is better).
  3. Bake at 375°F for 25–35 min until internal temp hits 165°F.
