Teriyaki Salmon Marinade
Sweet-savory marinade — best at exactly 30 minutes, no longer.
Ingredients
- 60 gsoy sauce
- 25 gbrown sugar
- 15 grice vinegar
- 12 gsesame oil
- 2–3 ggrated ginger
- 2 clovesgarlic, minced
- sesame seeds (to taste)
Instructions
- Marinate salmon in a resealable bag or shallow dish for about 30 minutes.
- Cook to taste (grill, broil, or pan-sear).
Notes
Don't marinate longer than 1 hour. Salt in the soy sauce will draw moisture out of the salmon and you'll end up with a mushy fillet.
